5 Day Reset
This group reset includes a 5-day meal plan with dozens of healthy (and tasty) recipes. Join an online community, connect and get support as you go through the program. We kick things off with a live group training that includes food prep tips to make it easier to start off strong. At the end of the program, we’ll get together again with tools to transition back into the real world.
NLP Change Work
Neuo-linguistic Programming (NLP) works with subconscious thought patterns to bring about change. Together we will look into these hidden aspects and create new meanings for you to be free of what is holding you back. NLP sessions can be done in person or virtually.
Loving You
Join this 6-week course and start to practice the self-care you crave! In this transformative course, you will experience loving acceptance for who you are now – even if you would still like to shed a few pounds. By learning to embrace your intuition, you will be more in tune to the internal messages your body is sending and discover what is best for you and your health.

For most new clients, six months is the time commitment that I find works best and delivers noticeable and lasting results.

In the last decade of practicing health coaching, I have learned that there is no “quick fix” to emotional eating. Likely, this isn’t something that just popped up for you as a new behavior. To have a different, improved relationship with food (and yourself) takes time. At the end of the six months, many of my clients continue working with me. But you and I can cross that bridge when we get there. ;)

I customize each program based on what the client needs. For some, that might mean having a series of six NLP sessions where we focus 100% on the unwanted behaviors and the beliefs that drive those habits. In our initial Discovery Session call, I will recommend what program I believe would bring about the desired changes.

Transformational NLP (tNLP) is a relatively new branch of psychology that has been developed over the last 25+ years. It is a cutting-edge blend of neuroscience, linguistics, childhood psychology, quantum physics, and systemic constellations. It has its roots in conventional NLP, which originated in the 1970s in Santa Cruz, California.
Conventional (or classical) NLP consists of a series of step-by-step techniques used to reprogram neural pathways. tNLP includes these techniques but has a broad and holistic view of the client. tNLP allows the client to find respect and appreciation for themselves. As a result, life becomes so much more enjoyable.

I predominantly work with women; however, I am not opposed to working with men. I have had many men go through my programs with life-changing results.
