Getting To The Root
After 10 years of working with clients, here is what I know to be true:
If you aren't reaching your health goals, there is a root cause.
With the help of NLP, we can find the root, nurture it and eliminate unhealthy cycles to successfully achieve your goals.
Think about it this way; dieting is like pulling weeds in the garden. You see the weed sticking out; you know it will quickly multiply. You sure as heck don't want that, so you quickly yank it out. But in your haste, you don't actually get the roots. So what happens next? It grows right back and often results in more weeds. But, if you take the time and have patience, you can find the roots, and when you gently pull on it, the whole weed, roots and all, is removed.
In my work with clients, we get to the root cause. I uncover the underlying pattern, or belief, holding you back and keeping you stuck in the same eating behavior repeatedly. Subconsciously, what keeps you stuck is something you learned a long, long time ago. And that is why it is so hard to change.
If you solely focus on the numbers on the scale, the diet, or the weight loss mentality, it won't work long term. You have to get to the root of where it all started - the underlying beliefs and subsequent pain that created your beliefs.
For actual lasting change, what is required is a deep softness, a kindness towards oneself. We know that diets and typical weight loss efforts are anything but soft. Using NLP strategies, what I offer is unique. I teach you to see yourself as a complete and whole person who has the internal knowledge to reach for what you know to be best for you.
