I often see women looking outside themselves for ways to feel better – the next diet, the hottest workout program, the quickest fix to “make it all better.” But really, your most powerful resources for change come from within yourself. When you learn to love yourself - the parts that are easy to love and the not-so-easy-to-love parts – you experience a genuine connection to your soul that guides you to do what is best for you. 

My Approach

My goal is to see you fall into a beautiful relationship with yourself so that the communication between your body and mind supports the awakening of your soul. What exactly does that mean? I want to help you create “rapport with self”. By definition, rapport is:  

 “a friendly, harmonious relationship characterized by mutual understanding or empathy that makes communication easy.”

When you are in rapport with yourself, you know what foods feel good in your body, and you love your body just the way it is. You know when you need to de-stress, and ultimately, you know what your body needs at any given time. This harmony ignites the fire to take care of yourself – body, mind, and soul.
